Commission requests are processed by first come first serve.

Time estimates and quote are provided before I accept your request.

I will ask for confirmation before sending an invoice.

Orders are not finalized until an invoice is sent.

I will provide timeline updates both before and during your order.

Unless I've given a notice of delay or a timeline, please expect replies within 1-2 weeks.​

Payment

Commissions are paid half up front, half upon completion. 

Full payment upfront is optional. 

Frequent updates will be provided, along with a preview before the final payment.

Commission payments are processed through PayPal.​

I will not start your commission before the first payment.
I will not provide the final commission without the final payment.

This is a non-refundable service, exceptions may apply.​

AzukiArts' Use for Commissions 

I reserve the right to post ALL commissions (watermarked).

I reserve the right to stream/record and share the work process of your order.

I will keep your anonymity and delay posts at request.

I will not use your work for any commercial use, but may monetize my online content.

Commercial Use

Commercial rates cover the use of my art for physical promotion, print and sale. 

Commercial rates cover the use of my art for online monetization purposes. 

(ex. Twitch and Youtube)

Online promotional use is covered by the base rates.​

Potential Additional Fees

To ensure satisfaction, I will provide revisions within reason.

Excessive and/or major revisions will accrue an additional charge. 

Revisions requested after the final has been provided may be considered excessive.

I will provide a compilation of saved work process images and/or .psd files for an additional fee.

Alterations to my work process that extend my work time will also require an additional fee. 

I will keep the work process for your commission private for an additional fee.

Client's Use for Commissions

Commissions (by default) are only for personal use.

You may print and display my work for personal use. 

Please credit AzukiArts every time you post my work. 

Do not post the final commission at full size/quality without a watermark.

This is your commission, please take care to not have it stolen.

Consent and Conduct 

Please be courteous and patient.

Do not leak my private information. 

Any instance of abuse/slander will immediately cancel your order with no refund.

Do not redistribute my work for sale.

Do not upload my works into AI generators.

Do not use my work for monetization without my consent. 

Do not take credit for my work.

Do not remove or crop my signature.

Do not alter my work without permission.
